3rd Annual Family Picnic

On Juy 12, 2006, Ethan and I went to our first mommy and baby class called Mommy Matters at St. Joseph's Hospital. It was at this class that I met a wonderful group of moms. Three years later...we are all still great friends and we just had our 3rd annual family picnic. Unfortunately not all the moms made it to the picnic this year, but 12 out of 17 is not bad.

All good things come to an end...

My son and his 7 classmates graduated from Mommy Matters Preschool today, now that they are all ready to start "real" preschool. Seven other moms and I formed this preschool co-op back in February 2008. Every week we would all get together at someone's house and the hosting mom would be the "teacher" who would provide the lesson, crafts, activities and snacks for the day. All the other moms would then sit back and relax. LOL! Just kidding! We all pitched in and helped out too. =) It was a wonderful expierence for everyone and we definitely formed great friendships and memories!
